エグゼクティブフォーラム

10名程度のグループに分かれて，１ヶ月に１回程度開催

EOでは様々な活動を行っていますが、その中でも中心的な役割を果たすのがフォーラムです。

フォーラムは、「各自の経験・人脈・見識・スキルをオープンにすることにより、各メンバーが持っている問題点を最も建設的な手法で解決する、非常に緊密に結びついたグループ」で厳格なルールに基づき運営されています。各フォーラムは，8～10人程度で構成されており、2,3年間メンバーは固定されます。

年に10回程度フォーラムは開催され、そのルールや運営方法を浸透させるために、各種のトレーニングを行います。このフォーラムによるメリットが余りにも大きく、フォーラムに入ること自体が最大の目的で、EOに入会したメンバーも多くいるというのも事実です。

このフォーラムは、仕事と同等に位置づけられており、どんな仕事よりも優先的に実施されることが要求されます。（実際にその時間や費用に見合う以上の効果を得ることができます。これは、自らの教育に投資するようなものです）。

Forum is a unique member － driven experience that brings together a group of 8 to10 entrepreneurs for the purposes of peer － to － peer learning and support.

Partcipants have monthly meeting employing certain protocols (how the meeting Is structured, how members communicate in the meeting) in order to develop and support a trusting and confidential environment so that business and personal growth issues can be safely explored.

Forum supports values such as group commitment and personal responsibility in order to foster each member's commitment to their Forum and their willingness to openly share their experiences so they can learn from each other.
